A mass exodus has taken place and is still underway in the churches of America. Most youth and young adults of today will not be coming to church tomorrow. Because much of the conventional church is neither defending the Word of God nor living by the Word of God, the young people who have left the church are trying to find it elsewhere. Our plan is a strategic search and rescue efforts to continue to help those who have wandered from the flock find their way back.
The purpose of Dare2BUncommon is to recruit individuals that prioritize the sharing of the Word of God, learn how to defend the Christian faith, uphold the authority of the Bible in today’s world, and live by the principles of God. If you are specifically willing to commit to living an authentic Christian life; to “live the Word of God” as God empowers you through His Holy Spirit; so that you can be the real deal with Christ, with yourself, with your family, and with the world; then Dare2BUncommon is for you. Church is not something you go to, it is something you are.
Our specific niche is to create a safe environment where teens and young adults feel comfortable sharing their lives and asking questions about God; a place that takes God seriously and ourselves much less seriously (humor breaks down barriers); a place that uses creative communication and a dash of cynicism to break down barriers with a skeptical culture. We are “Transforming hearts and minds that last a lifetime!” Therefore, we “Dare You To Be Uncommon, Dare You to Be An Uncommon Leader Living an Uncommon Life. We Dare You To Be You, Unapologetically!”
